Our Owner and Founder

Allison J. Weaver Consulting, LLC was started by Allison J. Weaver, Ms.Ed.  in 2011, after living abroad for many years in diverse environments.  Prior to devoting herself full-time to her business,  she operated her business part time, while teaching and researching at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Arts and Sciences in the English Language Program.  She has had the honor of collaborating with researchers from other departments of the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University in the areas of Applied Linguistics, Communication,  Sports Management, Sports Psychology, and Sports Medicine. 

Following her time at the University of Pennsylvania, she also spent time at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania working directly under the Director of Medical Education in the Department of Radiation Oncology, and collaborating in research.  This experience and others augmented her drive to help others discover solutions to the stressors and common miscommunications occurring in the hospital setting, reduce related burnout in the medical field, and work towards the improved well-being of medical professionals. 

Over the years, she grew her business by word of mouth, and eventually decided to specialize and serve members of the medical field exclusively.  With that being said, she has had the pleasure of working with a variety of individuals including business and medical professionals, research scientists, Ph.D. candidates, and masters students.   Her diverse clientele has come from many companies and institutions, including Wharton School of Business, Yale University, Aberdeen Asset Management, and Temple University School of Pharmacy, to name a few, and represent a variety of nations, continents and cultures.  

Allison holds a Ms.Ed. in Curriculum, Instruction and Technology in Education, with a concentration in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Temple University, and a BS.Ed. in Spanish from Millersville University.  She is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Trustees

Today our business holds the same values and passion for enhancing the well-being, efficiency and global impact of departments and medical professionals, and their interactions with one another and their patients, through improved communication.  We remain staunchly committed to maintaining a high quality product, and improving our world, and the lives of those in it.  It is our hope and desire to assist all clients in upholding high standards of excellence and exceptional service in their departments, hospitals, and institutions.
