Our Owner and Founder
Allison J. Weaver Consulting, LLC was started by Allison J. Weaver, Ms.Ed. in 2011, after living abroad for many years in diverse environments. Prior to devoting herself full-time to her business, she operated her business part time, while teaching and researching at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Arts and Sciences in the English Language Program. She has had the honor of collaborating with researchers from other departments of the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University in the areas of Applied Linguistics, Communication, Sports Management, Sports Psychology, and Sports Medicine.
Following her time at the University of Pennsylvania, she also spent time at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania working directly under the Director of Medical Education in the Department of Radiation Oncology, and collaborating in research. This experience and others augmented her drive to help others discover solutions to the stressors and common miscommunications occurring in the working world today. Her diverse clientele have come from many companies and institutions, including Wharton School of Business, Yale University, Aberdeen Asset Management, and Temple University School of Pharmacy, to name a few, and represent a variety of nations, continents and cultures.
Allison holds a Ms.Ed. in Curriculum, Instruction and Technology in Education, with a concentration in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Temple University, and a BS.Ed. in Spanish from Millersville University. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Trustees.
